Floor plans can enhance your sales literature. Many potential home buyers will not even consider viewing a property that has no floor plan.

With estate agents that do not provide floor plans as standard,
your property with a floor plan stands out against those that have not.

Also pictures of you property may not show what your property has to offer.

The survey would be carried out at the same time as the energy survey so at minimum cost to you.

Before we submit the floor plan to your estate agent we will seek your approval of the plan.
